Spread on rice cakes, seed crackers, apple slices, or celery sticks to bust sweet cravings!

- 1/4 cup organic coconut oil
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp ground pumpkin & sunflower seeds
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
