Ingredients
  1. Your fresh produce
  2. I cup white vinegar (5% acetic acid)
Instructions
  1. Place your produce in a bowl in the sink.
  2. Pour vinegar over produce.
  3. Fill bowl with water.
  4. Soak hard fruits & veggies for 10-20 minutes, then scrub with a veggie brush and rinse.
  5. For grapes & cherries, soak for 60 minutes.
Notes
  1. Many patients ask, but rest assured this soak does not impart a vinegar flavour to your food!
